I didn’t just find my way to Myofascial Release (MFR) work – my body led me here, urgently and relentlessly, through seven years of mysterious, acute pain. It felt like a knife through the side of my head, unyielding and unexplained.
Yet, life moved forward: I was raising and homeschooling my children, our days filled with exploring the outdoors, from hiking trails to building forts in the snow. My kids grounded me, giving me strength to keep going.
Then, I discovered Myofascial Release (MFR), and for the first time, I experienced relief. But the shift was more than physical. MFR catalyzed not only my healing but a profound spiritual awakening, reconnecting me to myself in ways I hadn’t anticipated. As the pain ebbed, I sensed a deeper purpose unfolding, aligning me with a new path forward.
That experience taught me that MFR isn’t just about relieving physical discomfort; it’s a journey within, a path to awaken the body’s innate healing power and connect with the profound interwoven network of the fascial web. This transformation inspired me to train intensively, ultimately becoming an expert-level MFR therapist. Now, I guide others through their own healing journeys, helping them discover what’s possible when we truly listen to our bodies.

Together, we co-create a focused treatment plan designed to help you return to the vibrant, active life you’re meant to live.
Each immersive is tailored to your unique physical and emotional needs, personal goals, and healing intentions. It includes a self-treatment plan to help you continue moving toward long-term wellness and vitality—well beyond the treatment table.
Immersive sessions consist of multiple 3-hour appointments, all scheduled within a single week. For example:
A 6-hour Immersive might include two 3-hour sessions over two consecutive days.
A 12-hour Immersive could be spread across four 3-hour sessions over several days.
This concentrated format allows us to work beyond the surface -move through the fascial depth barrier, where long-held patterns can finally be accessed and released.
